Built for Living are local independent custom home builders based in Peakhurst Sydney, and is managed by husband & wife team, Rod & Kathy.

We offer a design-and-build service, or we can use your approved DA/CC or CDC plans.

During the design phase, we have all parties - designer/builder/owner, work together to develop construction based on your budget for a realistic outcome.

Built for Living can provide compulsory home warranty insurance (HBCF) for building projects valued up to One million dollars.

Kathy has a corporate management background and provides a liaison and support for clients during the building process, helping translate the technical building process into plain English.
