This typically involves creating a new living space that opens directly to the back yard, allows for lots of natural light, often incorporating a new kitchen that’s conveniently located within the new living space.
Of course, this is not the only style of extension we build, your needs will determine this. If you don’t have enough land available, you might consider a second storey addition.
