• Jack & pack subfloor piers to level floor

• Seal all hidden gaps and service penetrations

• Install new high moisture resistant cabinets

• Install HMR laminate benchtops & laminate doors

• All soft-close mechanisms

• New appliances including induction cooktop, re-install oven

• Through roof range hood ducting

• Install bulkhead to seal above top cabinets

• Install matching cornice for seamless finish
